Are your products food safe?

Our serving platters and trays are designed for dry serving and styling purposes. We recommend using parchment paper or serving bowls for oily, hot, or heavily cut foods.

How do I care for my piece?

To maintain the beauty of your piece:

  • Do not soak in water

Can the resin pattern or wood texture vary from the images?

Yes. Since every piece is handcrafted, resin movement, textures, wood grains, and tones may vary slightly from the product images. This uniqueness is what makes each creation special.

Do you take custom orders?

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We currently ship across India. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and product size.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days unless otherwise mentioned. Custom orders may require additional time.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, we may not offer COD on all products. Prepaid orders help us ensure a smoother and safer delivery experience for handcrafted pieces.

Can I gift wrap or send products directly as gifts?

Yes. Our pieces make beautiful gifts for homes, weddings, housewarmings, and special occasions. Gift packaging options may be available on request.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each product is handcrafted and unique, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every piece securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos and videos within 24 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you.
